If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you cancel the order or contract within the cancellation period or explicitly within the shipment period, that means if the buyer cancels the order before the shipment occurs you can get your money back no questions asked.
As per our policy, digital products that are downloadable, licensed, or accessed on a subscription basis can’t be returned.
You are eligible for a full refund within shipment period of your purchase. After the shipment period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
To obtain a refund, the customer has to provide their order and online access code information to Customer service.

Late or missing refunds:

Shipping:
Shipping will takes place usually between 4 to 14 days of order confirmation. The shipping will be taken care by the Model / Vendor from who you buy the products, the shipping charges will also be choosen by the Model / Vendor based on the possible shipping method choosen by the vendor / Model (or) if based on the buyer requested shipping method. Therefore peelust bears no reponsibility about shipping charges, however if there exists any disputes regarding shipping and updates regarding shipments will be properly updated via E-mail to the buyer.
Refund:
After we receive the request for the cancellation of the order or contract, our team will process the refund process immediately, because of banking and timing issues some times the refund may take anywhere between 4 to 10 working days.
