How much Commission does a Model has to Pay for the Platform ?
20% commission fee is our standard charge for the services we provide, including marketing, platform maintenance, customer support, and transaction handling. This fee allows us to ensure a high-quality experience for both models and their clients, helping you maximize your sales and grow your audience.
Is my Address Information Protected ?
Yes : The Address information of the Vendor / Model is nowhere mentioned in the website not visible to third party visitors. Only the Country and State information is displayed in the Website for the easy access of Models in the nearby region for a buyer interested.
Are there any additional fees besides the commission charge?
No, there are no additional fees besides the commission charge. We only take a flat 20% from your sales, which covers all platform services, marketing, and support. This transparent fee structure ensures you always know what to expect without any hidden costs.
Can I communicate directly with my customers?
Yes : you can communicate directly with your customers. As a model, you have a chat support button on your profile that allows you to connect with customers in real-time. Additionally, customers can make inquiries about your products, giving you the opportunity to engage with them, answer their questions, and provide personalized support to enhance their shopping experience.
How do I track my sales and see my earnings?
You can track your sales and see your earnings directly in your Vendor Dashboard. This dashboard provides real-time updates on your sales performance, including detailed information on your transactions. The money you earn from sales will be credited to your Vendor Account on the platform. You can then easily withdraw your funds whenever you’re ready, following the platform’s withdrawal process.
What types of products can I sell on the platform?
Currently, our main focus is on fetish art, specifically pee-related content. As we expand, other types of products will also be allowed on the platform. If you have a specific product you’d like to sell that doesn’t fit into our current categories, you can reach out to our support team via email to inquire if your product can be listed. We’re always open to exploring new possibilities that align with our platform’s guidelines
What is the refund policy if a buyer requests a cancellation or refund?
Since the products are specially made based on the buyer’s requests, refunds are only possible if the buyer cancels the order before it is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, refunds are no longer available. If a buyer asks for a refund after shipping, you should politely inform them of this policy and explain that refunds are not eligible once the product is on its way.
How to Handle my Orders, Shipment ?
In your Dashboard, you can manage your orders and shipments seamlessly. You have the option to set shipping charges based on the buyer’s country, state, or locality. Once you receive an order, you can choose any shipping service you prefer to send the product. After the shipment is completed, simply update the order status to “Shipped” in your Dashboard. The buyer will automatically receive a confirmation email notifying them that their order is on its way and you can also attach a tracking Shipment number as note to the Buyer in the Email.
What is the payment process, and when will I get paid?
In your Vendor account, you can set up your payment details for processing. Once your orders are fulfilled completely, the money will be credited to your PeeLust Vendor account. From there, you can apply for a withdrawal request. Please note that there is no minimum withdrawal amount required, which ensures that you can access your funds efficiently.
How can I promote my products to increase sales?
In addition to the marketing efforts we provide, you can further promote your products by advertising your store on various social media platforms. Leveraging social media can help you reach a wider audience, attract more potential buyers, and increase your sales.
Are there any restrictions or rules I need to follow when selling on the platform?
This platform is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or who are considered legal adults according to their local regulations.
